1. Limited Warranty
Hyda Action Sports Inc ("we," "our," or "us") stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer the following warranty to the original purchaser:

Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

2. Crash Replacement Program
We understand that accidents happen. To support our customers, we offer a Crash Replacement Program:

Eligibility: Original purchasers who experience a crash that compromises the structural integrity of their helmet.

Duration: 2 years from the date of purchase.

Benefit: A replacement helmet at a 50% discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the same or comparable model.

Limitations: One replacement per original purchase.
3. Claim Process
To initiate a warranty or crash replacement claim:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.
