1. Limited Warranty

Hyda Action Sports Inc ("we," "our," or "us") stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer the following warranty to the original purchaser:

  • Duration: 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

    • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

    • Improper care or maintenance.

    • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or fading.

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

2. Crash Replacement Program

We understand that accidents happen. To support our customers, we offer a Crash Replacement Program:

  • Eligibility: Original purchasers who experience a crash that compromises the structural integrity of their helmet.

  • Duration: 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Benefit: A replacement helmet at a 50% discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the same or comparable model.

  • Limitations: One replacement per original purchase.

3. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty or crash replacement claim:

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

    • Detailed description of the issue or incident.

    • Photographs of the product clearly showing the defect or damage.

  3. Product Evaluation: Once received, our team will assess the product to determine eligibility for warranty repair/replacement or crash replacement.

  4. Resolution: If approved, we will proceed with the repair, replacement, or offer the discounted replacement option as applicable.

4. Additional Terms

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

  • International Claims: For products purchased outside of [Country], please contact the authorized distributor or retailer in your region for warranty and crash replacement claims.
