Thank you for your interest in HYDA! We are excited to offer pre-orders for our upcoming products, ensuring you get priority access before they officially launch. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your pre-order.

 


 

1. Pre-order Overview

By placing a pre-order with HYDA, you are reserving a product that will be shipped on or before May 15, 2025. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase, and all customers who pre-order will receive 15% off MSRP and free shipping as part of this special offer.

 


 

2. Payment & Charges

  • Payment for all pre-orders is collected at checkout.

  • The transaction will appear on your statement as HYDA Action Sports Inc.

  • By completing your pre-order, you agree to these terms and authorize the payment.

 


 

3. Estimated Delivery Date

  • We anticipate shipping pre-orders on or before May 15, 2025.

  • In the event of unforeseen production or shipping delays, customers will be notified via email.

  • If a delay extends beyond 30 days past May 15, 2025, customers will have the option to keep their order or request a full refund.

 


 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders are fully refundable until April 30, 2025.

  • After April 30, 2025, pre-orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases of extended shipping delays beyond 30 days.

  • To request a cancellation before April 30, 2025, please contact our customer service team at support@hydahelmets.com.

 


 

5. Shipping & Free Shipping Offer

  • Pre-orders include free standard shipping within the United States.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • HYDA is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, please contact us before April 30, 2025.

 


 

6. Changes to Your Order

  • If you need to update your shipping address or make other modifications, please contact us at [Your Customer Support Email] before April 30, 2025.

  • Changes to product selection are subject to availability.

 


 

7. Order Fulfillment & Liability

  • HYDA is committed to fulfilling all pre-orders as promised.

  • If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

  • HYDA is not liable for unforeseen supply chain disruptions that may affect delivery timelines beyond our control.
